Linden Ridge Eye Care’s Opticians check and verify all prescription products prior to dispensing.

We recommend eye exams be performed every two years unless otherwise prescribed.

Linden Ridge Eye Care is responsible to check and verify eye wear and contact lens supplied and/or manufactured from this store only.

There will be a fee for verification on eye wear/contacts purchased elsewhere.

Warranty Eye Wear

• 2 years from date of purchase against manufacturers defects. Defects will be determined by an Optician and/or manufacturer.

• Complimentary adjustments.

• One time 30 day no charge lens remakes on original doctor’s prescription change.

• 60 day non-adapt on progressive lenses. Some restrictions apply.

• No returns or store credits on any prescription products.

Warranty Sunglasses

• 1 year against manufacturers defects.

• Exchange only within 14 days from date of purchase. (Original condition. Restrictions may apply.)
